Foghat, Ghostland Observatory besides in lineup
Willie Nelson, Foghat, Los Lonely Boys, Blue Oyster Cult, Ghostland Observatory, Grupo Fantasma, Fastball and Alejandro Escovedo, among others, will lead the lineup for the second yearly South Padre International Music Festival, set for Oct. 31-Nov. 2 across 10 beachside venues on South Padre Island.
